I feel ready to confront the terror of the possibility that my dreams or intent may have a direct effect upon reality.

You know, it’s like that moment in Harry Potter when Hagrid asks Harry if there hasn’t been any signs along the way- talking to snakes, his hair magically getting cut, appearing on a rooftop to get away from bullies.

For me, it is much the same. Memories of impossible things-at least, things that other people claim are impossible. Moreover, these things and events which seem impossible directly correlate to what I was focused on or wanted. There are too many to consider coincidence. And, more precisely, it is only a result of my wish to learn more about myself that I came upon the description of a will that has the creative power of source energy behind it.

Be careful what you wish for. Observe your thoughts. Listen to your feelings.
These things have been repeated so much they are cliche. But they warn of a very real problem. The problem of getting lost in delusions or self gratifying fantasies. For, if one has the power to create reality-even if it is co-creation-then how can one be sure that anything is objective? What standard can one judge the world and perceived reality if it may be influenced by one’s own focused will? Perception itself becomes an act. Percieving the world as it is or as it might be through the intention of unconscious desires, fears, illusions, naivete, bitterness, anger.. that becomes terrifying. Especially if one doesn’t really know which is which.

A frontier lies ahead. One riddled with minefields, joy, sorrow, heaven, and hell. There is no map. There is only trial and error.

I pray that anyone in my life has enormous capacity for forgiveness and grace.
