The good stuff when you’re feeling really bad:
- Comfort food-
Chocolate chip ice cream, orange juice, lemon cream cake, strawberry soda-
in any combination since you can’t really taste much when your nose is stuffed up. - Pillows-
The big fluffy kind that you can prop yourself up in to sleep half sitting,
The one smaller one just for hugging. - Flannel-
Nightgown with elastic wrists, lace collar, and poet shirt lines,
Sheets worn to perfect softness. - Comforter-
Inches thick insulation against the chills,
Heavy enough to feel like a hug.

I’ll add hot chocolate and a purring cat on your lap.
Nothing slows you down (or brings you to a complete halt) like feeling bad. Hope you get to feeling better.
