Dear God,
I’m sitting across from a queen who isn’t ready to come out yet. He’s very sweet. I am in sitting in front of his desk for my insurance. I’m sad that I have to pay out of pocket for insurance. I missed my court date, and now I have to start the insurance process all over again and see an annex judge. I really don’t want to pay out of pocket for insurance, the speeding ticket, and the insurance ticket. I just want to be free from these financial burdens.
I still have to pay for my trip to D.C., and there are so many other expenses on my plate. As for Shervy’s card, I’ve decided I won’t use it anymore until right before I go to L.A. A day or so before the trip, I’ll use it to get my hair done and take care of a manicure and pedicure. That’s it. Everything until then, I’ll be using my own card—not his.
Now I’m on my way to court. At least I spent my morning with a closeted queen. He’s endearing—very sweet. I can tell that if I caught an attitude, he’d probably match it.
Off to court I go, praying for favor.
Amen.
