Today was a great day. I was able to sleep a little over 9 hours last night, although had weird dreams again, with one mostly revolving on tennis practice. Otherwise, I don’t recall having anything disturbing. I also didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so always a good thing.
It’s been a relatively chill i.e., lazy for me. I continued to just browse random YouTube vids and new manga. My parents visited in the late afternoon to drop some stuff over, and they stayed for around.. 45 minutes. Attended mass online about 2 hours ago as well, with it already being the 4th Sunday of Advent. The Gospel focused on St. Joseph’s character, with the priest emphasizing what to look for in a husband. Great stuff overall.
Just like that, the weekend is over. Here’s to hopefully a great week ahead.
