Today was a great day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 8-ish hours, although finding the correct rhythm took a while. I think had a dream of some sorts, but nothing disturbing. My consolation as always is not having any of the bad 3, nor feelings of anxiety or panic so I’m really grateful.
I’m back to being my productive self today; had a number of job applications going on and did a couple webinars to keep myself updated with the latest industry trends. At around 4:45 p.m., I dozed off once more - probably to make up for the not-so ideal sleep last night. Hit chest + shoulders + triceps a couple hours back and it was also a solid session.
The typhoon has come and gone - thankfully our area was spared, but I am deeply saddened by my countrymen who weren’t as fortunate. Hopefully no more surprises this month.
