Today was a great day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 8.5 hours. While I did have some weird dreams again, I forgot the context but am certain it was not disturbing. In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so I’m really thankful for that.
It was a very lazy/non-productive Sunday all throughout - didn’t do anything aside from eating, watching Netflix, and searching for new manga to read. It’s been raining heavily the entire day (accompanied by strong winds, to boot), as the typhoon has entered the country as well. I hope and pray that the damage to my countrymen will be minimal.
Nothing else to report for today.
