You know that moment when you are just seeing someone new and there is this moment before your first kiss, the moment is awkward usually because you both know its going to happen and you are both waiting for the exact right moment. If you are a very assertive man you may or may not know about this moment.
The first time Doug kissed me, was our first date. I walked up to him at the restaurant on our first date because he couldn’t find me. He saw me, walked right up to me, grabbed my face and kissed me…and then delivered this cheesy line about “I didn’t want to sit through lunch wondering what it would be like to kiss you.” I eat cheese up....I eat it up so bad! I wonder now how many girls he has used that on after we broke up, and it makes me a little sick....but he had me after that.
Just met someone this past Saturday. We originally met online and I honestly wasn’t thinking I was going to be that into him. (That is always how it works out.) I was going out to eat at PF changs and I text him and asked if he wanted to meet up later. I ended up inviting him to meet me for dinner if he was up for it. If not, no big deal. He decided to, so we met for dinner. I really enjoyed talking to him.....he is not my type physically. VERY THIN....so thin. I’m not used to dating guys that aren’t like “average size” at least But I ended up really liking him. He picked up the bill which was impressive because I asked him to meet me, and then we decided to go see the new hunger games movie. It was fun.
We met up the next day also, and went to Treasure Island to see the Sand Sculpture event. Then we went back to my place and fed the turtles. (I live on a canal that has like 75 turtles in it.) We decided to watch Catching Fire because he kept asking me questions through the whole Mockingjay movie. He ended up kissing me after the movie was over on Sunday. It was nice, he has treated me like a lady the entire time thus far.
We will see where it goes. Still trying to forget the ex…but I mean how long am I supposed to wait? Its been a year and a half.
