Today was a good day. While my sleep could’ve certainly been better (only got somewhere to the lines of 6.5 hours), it was a dreamless one, which is good in itself. In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so I’m really happy about that too.
I am officially back to being a statistic - the feeling of not having to log-in and do my usual stuff sure hits different. Majority of the day was spent watching Hell’s Kitchen in Netflix and reading various manhwa. I also hit the gym and trained legs - it was a very good session, although I’ll probably feel very sore tomorrow lol.
Nothing else to report, otherwise. Looking forward to getting more sleep this time around, now that the weekend is amongst us.
