Today was a great day. I was able to sleep more or less 8 hours last night without a hitch. I vaguely remember having dreamt, but already forgot the context. All I know is it’s reminiscent of my childhood, but nothing disturbing. I also didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so I’m really happy about that.
Work was on the quiet side today. Safe to say that I had nothing to do (save for some queries) for about 80% of the shift. As a result, I was able to finish the cooking series I’ve been watching recently. After shift, I hit chest + shoulders + triceps. It’s just the 2nd week so can’t really say I’ve made a lot of progress, but it was a decent session overall. I capped it off with a 25 minute cardio session.
Great start to the week. Hopefully it remains consistent.
