PPO Monday, January 10, 2005
Tomorrow I have to go to court to get a PPO against Tari.. .er Keith's g/f. I am a bit nervous. Mainly because I am still so sick that all I have been able to do lately is sleep. I have to get up early because Dell is coming over to fix my computer. Then I have go to work. Then during my break I have to go to court. Who knows how long that is going to take. I have to get all my work together. They had to get a sapena (I have no idea how that is spelled) for my phone records to prove that I have never called them. Which will come back clean. It's going to be a lot of work and cost a lot of money, but I have to do it. She threatened me today because I WOULDN'T answer my phone! Can you believe it? After screaming at me to NOT answer my phone she screams at me because I didn't. Arrrgh! Anyway the police spoke with her and said, "Man, she's a little..... " and didn't finish. I said, "Yeah she is."
Anyway.. I have so much to do yet tonight and I am getting a fever again.

Subpoena. And good to know you're getting that taken care of. There's no reason you should have to change your number because she's a loony. I don't know why it would cost money if you're not hiring a lawyer for anything, but if it does end up costing a lot, you may even be able to take her to small claims court for the costs.
