Today was below average. While I got about 8 hours of sleep in total, majority of it was interrupted. I also had weird dreams again - mostly about work, of course. If there’s any consolation, it’s that none was disturbing. I didn’t have any of the bad 3, although sure felt a swelling amount of anxiety/panic to the extent that I just wanted to sleep in.
Work was busy, but at least not to the same extent as yesterday. As a result, I was able to close a good number of my open items. However, my anxiety/panic was just throughout the roof for almost my entire shift. I had no idea how I survived (not that I’m complaining). When shift was over, I treated myself to the last episode of the kdrama that I’ve been watching for the past couple months.
I’m glad another day has come to an end. Hopefully tomorrow turns out much more sane.
