Today was a good day. I was able to sleep about 7-ish hours more or less last night. As expected, I was immediately out like a light the moment I closed my eyes. I did have another set of weird dreams again (about work, I think?) but at least nothing disturbing. I also had none of the bad 3, nor did I have any anxiety/panicky feelings so I’m happy about that.
Work was surprisingly light - save for a call and some queries here and there, not much to do from my end. Maybe because it’s the start of the month? But regardless, not complaining.
Happy with today’s turnout (despite the hiccups here and there). Hopefully this sets a good precedent for the rest of the month.
