I promised myself this week is going to be my week after weighing in yesterday.

My goal is to be 14 or under by December, back when i started this that seemed like a ridiculous goal to try and achieve but i guess all that hard work and healthy eating has really payed off.

This week i’m hoping to push myself to 14‘0 and reach my goal early, after that i’m going to continue to 10‘6 which is 150lbs, currently 198lbs which means i finally broke that 200 barrier! :D

Can’t see a whole lot of difference on my before and after pics with 10lbs loss but i guess i’ll wait till i hit 13 before i take another.

My bones are hurting a lot when doing weights recently, not my muscles but my bones. Arthritis runs in my family so i’m assuming it might be something to do with that, genes are so bad for me, my mothers and fathers side are known for weight issues, my mothers side suffers from terrible osteo-arthritis and my dads side has bad hearts.

I guess that’s why i just have to keep motivated because i need this more than your average person, if i want to live past 30 :,).

I’m feeling good about myself, i guess that’s all that matters at the moment.
