Today was an ok day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 7 hours last night - could’ve been more but had difficult getting back to sleep past that point. I had another set of weird and vivid dreams - this time, about my dating history. Fascinating, but certainly not something I’d rather remember (lol). To be fair, I had none of the bad 3, but there were still remnants of anxiety/being panicky.
Work was busy still - there was this document that I intended for my senior colleagues overseas to hopefully handle, but as expected, they were swamped as well. In the end, I still had to take care of it with minimal guidance (if you’d call it that way) from them. The lack of guidance and support ever since my previous manager left has really been bugging me, although to be fair, it’s out of my interim manager’s reasonable control. The way things have been going - I don’t really see myself staying.
Tomorrow is already Friday. I still have some mini-episodes of vertigo; not as bad as last week’s, but still annoying nonetheless.
