Hi frens. July was the exact opposite of last month, July was super dull. I mean the highlight of my month was going to my friends kids graduating/leaving for the army party. It was a fun time, but the place where it was at, was an attachment to a restaurant, covered, with no windows and NO AIR, and it was like 95F out holy carp. My friends kid is going into the reserves (thankfully, this world and country sucks) for what appears to be engineering. So he wouldn't be near any form of front lines. Ive talked about my friend Chris before and hes the legit nicest person in Butler county, hes a good guy, and a good parent, he has raised good kids. Its also funny he has messaged me a few times at night when im staring into the void a bit pickled and just talked about all sorts of random things. I also gave him my old copy of samurai swords, which he said his ex wife lost, I never played it so I thought he would like it.

In video game news HSR has been reallllly slow lately, and there is an event with some sort of goofy anime called FATE.. there was a story bit which was funny and sad (which was panned because they reused some things) but there is a combat part too which is clunky as fork. But there is nothing coming up I wanna pull for until maybe october. But ill be ready for it, in the meanwhile I HAVE NOTHING TO FARM FOR.

In ZZZ news, I pulled for a adorable support character from this spooky faction, she has a raccoon buddy she has an umbrella and she's sweet as fork. (also helps her support is great) The english VA sadly got harassed because she posed a picture of her character with a lesbian pride flag flying, and said something which i forget but thats not the point (and her character and the next character that i'm probably gonna pull for because i'm not interested in the next 2 characters) are really um. Intertwined. Its also hilarious, that all the weebs and incels were all blargh blargh Japanese VA superiority.. meanwhile the english VA is a japanese citizen who's lived in Japan since 2005, and it sounds like she legit didnt know that was a thing (Which after reading some people who live in that region sounds true) Either way her VA is a sweetheart.

In Absurd PS3 game news, I started to play a game for some reason I played for about 25 hours in 2010 and never finished, so I picked it up and started playing again, its called resonance of fate, and its basically a Strategy RPG where you have guns (more on that in a second) and try to weaken the baddies with one type of gun then blast them with the other, and the fun part is trying to line them up, and rush around the board using action points and you get them back by blowing things off the baddies etc (Dont let the action points go dry because you're basically dead lol) 80% of the game has been a lot of fun but there have been a handful of fights that have been beyond frustrating., one fight was a 1 vs 1 fight with a single person, and what sucked is you had to run behind him, and you had to time it right or else he would one hit you, and he also had an attack where he just interrupted your animation. UGH. It took me about 90 minutes, a lot of cursing to the point my mom messaged me lol and a lot of resets (because you can reset a fight but it cost you money) I fear the final fight is gonna be like that. That being said, im 50 hours into the game and the main story is just now sort of coming into focus, its just been weird, the last chapter was just throwing christmas gifts around. but the combat is fun when it clicks and its really fun to see the characters run around, shooting guns jumping into the air spinning around shooting and doing John Woo like gun cinematic. But the real fun part is the customization.

Here is a five barreled sniper pistol (I didnt use it ultimately) but this is tame in comparison to what I have now, one of my guns has like 5 sights, 4 barrels and a huge magazine clip, and one of the sights is behind the gun.. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE CARRY THESE GUNS LOL. It takes 20 minutes of trial and error to get these guns right haha. But thats the fun part of the game. The game is fun most of the time. I might play it again in the future, but the remaster on PS4 which I didnt know existed, just because the customization is just so strange.

In Board game news, I got the anarchy, and it makes hadrians wall look like a walk in the park. I like it, its heavy, heady and really cool, i think its actually easier to play with the small exception of the attacking, you get cards that pinpoint what kind of attack, and what can help defend it. But the thing is for example in round four, you might be attacked by a siege tower in one card, a catapult, then a ballista and then a battering ram and you have to defend them all. But the mini games are a lot easier to wrap your head around (no gladiators!) but its fun and while Ill keep Hadrians wall it has definitely been supplanted. (They make double sided dry erase boards which i might get some, problem is they come in two packs and the anarchy plays 4 and hadrians wall plays six and they come in packs of 2.. so...... blergh.

I am gonna preorder Lightning train soon I think, I like the idea of a bag building train game. Then i'm gonna preorder Outer worlds 2, those are my next preordering things with survey cash. After that there is a couple crowdfunding games i might late back.

I'm sure i'm not the only one who watched the new south park and it was of course hilarious, I really didnt like some of the satire from the few seasons before (Not including the streaming specials, those weren't bad) and all the mocking of the big dummy is great. I was also surprised that the live action PSA wasn't 100% deepfaked (if i recall the face was, but the scenes of walking in the desert was real, and it was someones finger that was the wing dang doodle) but it was really top notch. I went in with low expectations but it was great

Edit: I forgot something. I am going to try my best to walk to the freaking Theater and see the new Naked gun because the OG is one of my favorite movies and the new one looks hilarious and great.

The Hall of fame game is tonight! I'll just be streaming it on peacock, because I want to finish Resonance of fate, and its two teams that i only have a mild interest in (Chargers and lions) But Football is back. I cannot wait for the season to start.

I found this 1978 Italian Lira (Or i just though of this could of been Turkish lira) coin in a coin changer at walmart, and that same day I found 60 bucks, so I'm gonna use that for scratching off instants from here on out.
