Today was a great day. I slept late again last night, but was able to get ~9 hours this time around - guess it helped that the weather was very conducive to just sleeping in. I don’t remember having dreams this time (which I’m happy for). In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have any anxiety or panic attacks which another win.
Today, I celebrate turning a decade older - 40 years old, imagine that? The years have flown by in a flash. I still remember my 10th birthday just as if it were a few weeks ago (yesterday is too unrealistic lol), and part of me still contemplates what I’ve been doing these past few years (another lol). I heard mass at 6 p.m., notwithstanding the weather, to extend my gratitude to the Almighty. Along with it came my wish for peace of mind, good health, etc.
Very happy with today’s turnout - weather is still not letting up, so hope it gets better soon.
