Today was a great day. While I was only able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 5 hours (mostly due to my own actions) due to hitting the sack a lot later than usual, it was still decent overall. It was a dreamless night (yay), and didn’t have any of the bad 3. In addition, I didn’t have any anxiety or panic attacks either.
Majority of my day was still spent being lazy - watched Netflix/YouTube and stayed in bed for the most part. I did go to the mall to return a piece of tech I bought recently; opted for a refund instead of a replacement.
I’m glad that the rain we’ve been experiencing the past few days has started to let up a bit. Hoping for brighter skies in the next few days.
