Today was a great day. I was able to sleep more or less 8 hours, despite calling it a night a lot later than usual again. I had some dreams again, but to the extent I remember, nothing disturbing. Just glad that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have any panic/anxiety attack so that’s something to be grateful about.
The sun was shining brightly when I woke up, which is a good thing. I might have spoke too soon, however, as it rained again around late afternoon and even up to this writing. Didn’t really do anything productive i.e., just lazed around.
Funny how time flies quickly on the weekends. I’m hoping the week ahead turns out just fine.
