I wasn’t able to journal again yesterday, so will try to summarize this below:
Sleep
- July 8: pretty good - had about 8 hours worth + no dreams of any kind
- July 9: not-so-good in the sense I had to sleep early due to migraine, but got ~10 hours; had weird dreams that were a mish-mash of the gym, my childhood, and Japan
Mental health
- July 9: really good - none of the bad 3, didn’t have panic or anxiety attacks either
- July 10: same as above
Work
- July 9: moderate - had stuff to do but not overwhelming
- July 10: moderate - more stuff compared to yesterday, but still manageable
It’s finally Friday tomorrow. Hope nothing significant comes up.
