I am buzzing at the moment. I have managed to pass my LGV (lorry) rigid driving test. It was a really difficult week having my driving picked to pieces but I managed to pull it together and comfortably pass the exam on the final day. I now need to wait for my paper work to be returned and pass one more small practical module regarding safe loads before I can start applying for jobs on the road… can’t wait!
My diet and training has gone out the window this past week. I didn’t even manage to get out for a walk on Sunday. I need to re-motivate myself and get back into routine now the stress and upheaval of last week is over. I really want to go away or go out for the day soon. I would like to spend a day visiting the Isle of WIght and take a look at the Needles.
Saturday night I went to Glastonbury carnival. I made of mistake of catching a bus to Glasto so I ended up leaving early… feel a bit rude now! That was the last carnival procession of the winter. Will have to wait until next year now to watch any more :-(
