Injected myself with insulin, for the first time.

Life goes on, I suppose, until such time as it no longer does.

There’s a lot worse things to suffer, of course, of course, but it’s A Sign and one I do not like.

But, as the old man said, we adapt to what there is to adapt to. It’s what humans do.
