I told my self this hour will pass, tomorrow will arrive anyway, with or without me daring to do the thing that can help me be a better, improved person tomorrow.
So why not indulge in this fear at least once, why not take one step forward, just one little thing at a time to see how it goes.
And mostly it has gone right.
And with time and enough repetition, that fear became a habit and I look back at so many things I could’ve missed out on if I had just sat and wondered what if?
