The windows are open and it’s a balmy “feel like of 76 degrees” - it isn’t going to last long. We have a cold front coming thru tomorrow with rain first then on saturday it is only suppose to go to 70 and down to 50 at night. Big jump.
Speaking of big jumps the lady who I take care of in the afternoons is leaving for Pennsylvania next month. The daughter wants to pass her off to her sister because she needs a break. I don’t blame her. But it reduces my hours down - again. Ok. Now on to other bits of bits.... I spoke to an old co-worker/friend. She is a pharm. at the VA and wants me to come and join the team. Here is the fly ~ I have to be Cert. I am just registered now. She said she is willing to tutor me to get it. How nice is that? Then got a call from a former co-worker/friend and she is getting on at the VA too hopefully as a CNA and the recruiter is going to call her tomorrow. He asked her if she knew of any good CNA’s and she mentioned me. I already applied on line and did my federal thingy for them. I know I have to move on in a direction where there is more stability. Home health is nice but I need more. I also put an app in at suncoast hospice. Keep on - Keepin on. Always forward never straight. I am going to grab some cookies and milk.
