Good morning! I’m going to give you a visual for this morning that may or may not give you the ick, but I find it hilarious:

I am writing this entry at my standing desk, essentially in the middle of the apartment, while walking on the walking pad, naked! And I love it! My balcony door is wide open and the morning fresh air is coming in and I feel free as a bird! Oh, I’m also drinking coffee. Who knew you could do all of this at the same time??

Haha - isn’t life amazing?

Don’t get me started on any of the bullshit (like politics and other nonsense) because I’ll lose my morning joy.

I do have a lot to do today, so I’ll check this entry off my list and then I’ll get to it. A lot of it involves writing. Here’s my list for today.

  • Morning walk and stop for chai tea latte (or second option, to crash my friend C's walk with our friend Michael - long story. C has been blowing me off and I know he and Michael walk at my park every Sunday at 8:30, so I think I'm going to do this... )
  • Straighten and organize 2nd bedroom now that my workstation is out of there
  • I've been asked to do a write-up OR a video message from The Colorectal Cancer Alliance about my experience with colon cancer that they can share on their social media. I promised them that I'd have something to them by Monday...! I've been thinking about it a lot and it's a lot to narrow into one concise message. It's also made me really think about that time and review all of the photos in my image library from 2021. WOW! What a time.
  • I want to write a good PB entry about yesterday's volunteer experience. That was also an amazing time! See? Lots of reviewing and writing to do today!

Better get dressed and get going. Lot's to do on a Sunday.

Today's words will be REVIEW, RECALL, RENEW. In other words, take the learnings from the past to make the future *better*.

    xo,
    GS
