Weekends and the shadow work journaling book in Thoughts on thoughts

I do love weekends.. but because I’m broke it sucks because there’s nothing to do, or just not creative enough to find something in the 100 degree weather! In a couple weeks I’m gonna get my shoulder tattoo finished and then my three dogs paw prints tattooed! So excited!
My sister and I talked today, she told me about this shadow journal she found on tik tok..she said it opened her eyes and mind, helped her help herself pretty much, or at least starting to.. wondering if I should get it myself and try it out…we’ll see…hope everyone had a good Saturday!
