Build a better Base in Wee bit Fluffy

Finding a rhythm at many parts of your life is hard. Fast food and being lazy on the sofa is much more mind numbing than heading to the gym and cooking dinner. I'm in for another bumpy ride at work with the assistant warehouse manager leaving with long hours and crabby co-workers.

I look forward to building a solid base of clean eating and working out regularly. I want to lose at least 10lbs by Jan 1 but I'm aiming for 20lbs.

I haven't been to the gym since Saturday and that makes me really upset. Not throw in the towel upset but upset that I'm not making the time to go in the evening. trying to decide if I should get up at 5am and go to the gym or if I should stick to the 7pm visits. If I got out of work on time it's quiet then but I never seem to get done on time. Wisconsin is getting dark so early and I work in a building with no windows so I don't get enough sunshine.... makes me sad.
