I am tired. Tired beyond belief. I miss the old OD, the days of leaning on those regulars who were always there with there undying support. Sure, I was amiss lately, but still, whenever I went there, I found support.
Today, well, today I find myself at the bottom of the list … every list I’m on. It’s a draining feeling. And I’m very tired, so very tired.
Once upon a few years ago, I thought I was doing something to put myself first. Ha, once again I blinded myself to the truth. The truth is that I’m a very giving, careing and all that good kind of crap kind of person. And yes, once again, I find myself at the bottom of the barrell. Some of it deserved but the majority undeserved. Yep, the more you give the more the world takes.
Yeah, I’m tired.
