I am finding work really hard as my job involves constantly walking circles around the school site. The situation is not helped that I can’t stand one of my co-workers so I am trying to avoid being in our site office at the same time as him. I hate my litter picking and emptying outside bin duties. I find it hard work, pointless and degrading. I seriously wish things would work out for me and put me in a position to hand my notice in.
I have an additional responsibility of being on lunch duty. I seriously need to improve my performance with that. I tried to kick a kid out of the hall yesterday and failed! I have no idea why I tried that. Last year I used the approach of threatening them with the head or being kicked out but not actually kicking them out as that can lead to a confrontation situation where the kid stands their ground and refuses to go out. That leaves me in an awkward situation of needing to either shout or get senior management.
I told my line manager yesterday that I am considering handing my notice in and going off sick. That was error in hindsight but I was pissed off. I know deep down I need to stick it out until the end of September and until I manage to gain my C1 license. I am going to phone the training company today and book the course. I have not heard back from the other company who I initially booked another course with. I am going to assume that everything is OK there and they just haven’t replied to the email.
I went to bed earlier and I am feeling a lot fresher. I need to get into bed ready for sleep between midnight and 12:30.
I need to find a way of living up the bedroom life. I need to start using toys to provide a bit more fun into the situation. Things are getting a bit routine and dull.
Finally, I have brought a couple of clip on ties. I am too lazy to tie proper ties. This is the first stage of avoiding a repeat of the being under dressed situation which I had last Friday at the wedding. I now need to purchase a nice suite jacket. That will be one decent outfit complete.
