My brain z fried ~ Nice huh? in Plan B

I got called into the office AGAIN today. Yes again and yes today. Reason on Aug. 5th or 8th I did a VA guy and I pilfred thru the kitchen table mess to find the folder with the care sheet in it. Yes. Yes. I did. The first time I went there I couldn’t find it. That is the number one thing you do before you start anything so you can find out what is up with your client. His care sheet was 4 YEARS OLD. I asked them like I would anybody else ~ Ready for this? Do you have a more recent one? Now mind you this didn’t come to me till later this afternoon after I left office. I keep a book it’s actually a notebook called “Job Book”…has clients names and notes addresses and such. Ugh. When I got home I thought mope around or doing something. I did something. I went to the another home health agency and asked for hours. By next week hours come my way. Keep them in my back pocket just in case the mang. decides she has had enough of me and my shinanigans. I gotta go to bed. I got a 7a to 7p. Least I didn’t sit around and mope.
