Property Update #28- Real Estate Lawyer in Tennessee

We found out the county planning committee meeting is November 14th. So bestie will have to pay the mortgage company to extend their rates for an additional 30 days.

Today we went to a real estate lawyer. We explained that we needed a draft for a driveway easement & maintenance agreement, since in our survey proposal..... besties driveway will be on my parcel of land. We need to bring the draft to the Nov 14th planning meeting. He let us know that before he can write up the contract, we need the survey’s description of the driveway. We will get that on Oct 12th when we meet with the survey company out on the land.

The agreement will cost $500 and the land transfer will be $250 per parcel.

Hurry up and pay. (eye roll)
