What a day! I am sooo happy. When I got the good news I had a sudden urge to give the maintenance men kisses and hug all small children that came into the office. Instead I just sat behind the desk trying not to laugh out loud. I sat there giggling and trying to keep my giggles down to mild under my breath laughs. It was tough.
"What's the good news, Shannon?"
Well, my lawyer called me. Waayyy back when I got a drunk driving violation. July 25th to be exact. I was cuffed, booked, and thrown in jail. (see interesing drunk driving facts entry) .... that is if that entry still exists. Anway... long story short: they messed up my breath test! ... and guess what? My lawyer showed it to the prosecutor and he said, "Oh yes... you are right.. it's done wrong... can't use that in court." So on Friday I go to the court and here is what I will MOST likely get:
Careless driving which is 3 points, NO criminal record, $300.00 in fines, and off my record in 2 years. Whooooo HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Oh happy day!
Ooooh I think I got my sister to move into my apartment complex. How cool is that? Now I can go over there and bug her all the time. Oh and her and I can go play basketball together. Fun fun!
Life is good. I finally got to change my yahoo display image from a pic of me falling to a pic of me laughing.
Anyway... I just wanted to catch this diary up a little. Hopefully my next entry will be full of wisdom and meaniful life learning lessons...

ryn: If you liked the old Sims you will love Sims 2. The graphics are better, the gameplay is better, the options are better (you can specifically customize their facial features, hair styles, makeup, etc.) It's totally worth the money. [HawkSF]
