Jay has been on my tail to get a job... one that pays, preferably, since fostering the kittens is all out of pocket unless I get donations. So I did... two actually! But I didn't realize how, even with easy jobs like I have, overwhelmed I get!
I'm currently taking care of our 10 foster kittens, but all my own animals (totaling 21) as well as taking care of the kittens at Petco (I go up once a day to clean and love on everyone), and taking care of 8 year old twins. I'd almost rather another dozen kittens than the twins when they are wound up, but at least they listen when I tell them to chill out... kittens just ignore you. ;)
I suppose the good part is that I can take the twins places and do stuff with them... we aren't stuck in the house all day, every day. And they don't poo all over the place.
I don't know how my friends can deal with TWO kids... and they have a third on the way! I'm exhausted by the end of each day! Who knows, maybe one of these days, when we have one of our own, I'll be thankful it's not twins.
