Requiem of Reality in The Reality Terminus

We're just echoes, you and I.

Walking along a void of something much larger.

Waiting to transcend into a symphony of bliss,

And destruction.

In this universe, there's always something new.

A planet being born,

A child taking its first steps,

An oncoming storm..

It's truly amazing, what we can do.

We're just travelers, you and I.

Clinging to the skin of such a small world,

Whipping around at unthinkable speeds.

Where we're going, we don't know.

The epitome of greatness,

and the masters of decimation.

We're timeless, you and I.

Weaving threads through our fingers like grains of sand.

As one city collapses, a new one rises.

Yet we're none the wiser.

We're endless, you and I.

We've been here for so long,

But such a short time has passed.

We conquered so much,

But achieved so little.

There's only one thing to do:

Grab your coat, dear.

We're just getting started.
