Update: we went back to the manufactured home place to check in about the land we are interested in. in that particular county they have a 50 feet on all sides rule. and those parcels are too long and skinny. So whoever the surveyer was was clearly drunk because no one is going to be able to build ANYTHING on those parcels unless they get a tripped out architect that can build the skinniest compound known to man. So we are gong back to the drawiing board .

A new piece of land popped up 2.4 acres that might work and its completely deforested so we are trying to get our realtor to jump on that. Cause I have a feeling that one will go quick.

Update: This land we were supposed to see in Manchester fell through. The sellers agent called our agent and told her that theres already a contingent offer accepted. The other buyer wants to split it up the same way we do into 1 acre each but they are a commercial buyer meaning they want to put businesses there not residental. And the surveyer is running into issues because they would need to put in a fire hydrant on there per county regulation and they have been waiting forever for the county to approve the hydrant. So that seller wants to pull their hair out with how difficult it would be. she said that if we put in a full price offer they would accept it immediately and pull out of the other one but if the surveyer is having this many issues with them they would have the same issues with us so we are going back to the drawing board.
