Guess What? in Help Me Please

Winter is finally here and it’s still another three weeks or so before it’s official. It snowed all day starting at about noonish and stoped during the night so now we have about 10 inches of snow is some places but here I figure it’s about 5 inches.
I was smart yesterday and put the salt down of where I walk to the garbage and the mail and here on the sidewalk so if it doesn’t start to snow again I might shovel the snow just enough where we can walk and I will also put more salt down. Hubby finally came homw around 11: 00 last night and he was soaked and had snow on him. He said a lot of buses were not going anywhwere so he walked part way home. But he made it and I was happy. I told him I was getting really worried and he said he was too because he took so long. I think today he isn’t going to go into work just because our transit system has major issues with the snow and road work. He also said he will be staying home today just because it’s crazy out there so I will be phoning his boss if he isn’t awake soon. I like his boss and he and hubby aslo are work friends.

Onto something else…

My toilet finall got fixed and it doesn’t move forward. I am so happy not I can stop worrying that it could crack or leak. And the dishwasher is sort of fixed but there is a latch missing so we will see how that goes.
And I got an air freshener for under the vanity and it smells much better..”clean cotton” But I know that is only a bandaid and it still doesn’t get rid of the mold and musty smell but at least it doesn’t smell so bad.

Onto something else…

For dinner tonight I am thinking chicken and nodles and some sort of vegetable. Or maybe turkey drumsticks? But I really don’t like turkey that much but I do know it’s a lot leaner then the rest of the meats we eat. But I will be asking hubby just so he can have a choice also.
I may or may not be doing any domestic work here other then shoveling the snow but we will see how I feel.
