Sorry that I am so very slow getting back to you. At least I know that you read my blog and know where I am. Home, marvelous stuff home. Yes, covid. I am still wearing a mask when I go somewhere, and yes, we were right on top of everything getting all the shots as soon as we could. I did fine until I was sent to the nursing home. That’s where I caught it....No one should go to Balboa.
Lingerings: I still cough. Worst of all, not using my legs for the month plus left them so weak that I cannot walk well at all. I did get from the garage door to the truck two days George is wonderful. I try not to bother him. Occasionally he does lose his temper. I don’t take it personally when he does. I have PT, OT, and volumes of follow-up doctors appointments…the first one today with the oncologist.

After a new cat scan without contrast and a blood draw from my port, he thinks there is a couple of targeted meds that will work for a while. Encouraging.

I had a CT scan (with contrast) and a blood draw the same day you did. I will see my doctor via telemed Monday and find out what the plan is for my on-going treatment.
