Week One: 156.4 in Weight Loss/Nutrition

It's been SO long since I've used a blog to track my weight loss. Actually, it's been a long time since I've really tried to lose weight. I have a fairly active lifestyle--I run and work out with a trainer twice a week and hike a lot, but in the recent past my eating habits have just been horrendous and I've been really stressed so I've gained some weight. I just finished school for the year (I'm a teacher at a high school), so now is the perfect time to get back on track.

I usually do an "official" weigh-in once a week, but I also weigh myself everyday. I'll keep track of both of those numbers here, along with whatI eat and what I do to work out.

Height: 5'6

Starting Weight: 156.4

High Weight: 178

Low Weight: 138

Goal Weight: 125-135
