3. What do you consider betrayal and how do you handle it?

Betrayal. That’s a tricky one. I don’t get ‘betrayed’ as easily as other people I know. I have a friend who has cut off half of her family and I can understand some of it but not all of it and her mum is similar. When she gets annoyed about the way someone has behaved I can’t figure out exactly what they’ve done wrong.

Betrayal would be from someone close and it would have to be massive not some small misdemeanour, and they would have to be utterly unapologetic.

How would I react? 🤷‍♀️ it depends what it is and who has committed it. I’m just not the sort of person who holds grudges or banishes people from my life.

I have de-friended on FB but that was because I got peed off when people only ever communicated to say something negative.

I wonder if this comes from being a youngest middle child. I just slotted in amongst my siblings and that seems to be how I live my life. I guess I’m emotionally strong so my need for others to ‘be’ a certain way or ‘do’ certain things is quite low down on my priority list.

However, the betrayal of the toe fungus is, quite frankly, abominable!
