In laws again… in Life Lessons

So my in laws came back to spend the weekend, it went fine. We spent the day together on Saturday - spent 2 1/2 hours in a store (has to look at basically every item) then my husband and father in law met us in town for dinner (since I wasn’t home in time to make dinner that I had thawed out). I spent roughly 6 hours with them before the guys showed up.. during that 6 hours my mother in law and sister in law had 7 conversation (arguments) about us having kids… then we stopped for groceries on the way home and my mother in law bought food for dinner the next day (when she knew I had food ready).
A few days later my mother in law called my husband for 2 hours during our evening together, and us having kids came up (imagine that) and she told him that she just teases me and it’s funny… I don’t find it funny, just annoying and sad because I have health problems and don’t know if I can even have kids…
My mother in law says there’s nothing else to talk to me about besides kids…
Me and my mother in law have a strained relationship anyways… I just don’t know what to do.. I’ve asked my husband to tell her to quit talking about kids to me - does that make me the jerk?
