It is monday and I have to get ready for work. So don't want to. I am tired and the cold won't go a way. The cough is hanging around like a 2 pack a dayer. It wears me out and my lungs are starting to get sore. It is a dry cough just annoying. For someone who is healthy other than allergies this cold is getting on my good last nerve.

It is now summer. The days are 90 degrees and the night mid to high 70's and there is no stopping the a/c. It runs now 24/7 and will until Oct. or Nov.

Last night was ruff. We didn't have a float...Rooster ( his name is David but he thinks he is all that and a bag of chips. He has more uniforms than anyone I have ever seen - ever. I have been there 2 weeks now - it feels like a month and haven't seen the same uniform on him once ) left at 3 and so did Fat Kat. She is fat and her name is Kat. So wella - Fat Kat.

Called the home health angency and she is waiting on something. It's ok as long as she didn't loose me in the mix. Then called another one that is closer to home and going to try them too. I have done 3 alf's in one year and that is enough. I learned that this is not where I want to be. Between dolling out meds, doing laundry, giving showers, helping in the dining room and putting 22 people to bed - NO! Now we have one with scabies. Sweet. We have 3 others with "skin conditions" and we sent one out with a broken ankle. Really and no one knew about it. So I basically run from 3 to 10:30 non - stop. I give out all my 3 to 5 or mayby 7:00 med passes before 4:15 - get people up changed down for dinner then up for dinner and then ready for bed and then another huge med pass. The peeps down stairs one has 11 residents and the other 7 I belive. Ya. Nice. That is why I say no more. Then she cheated me on my income. No. Having a talk with her tom. about it. I'm sorry but no. It's like a car sales man talk - get you in the door then change things once they hook you. I am tired and I admit it. Gotta get ready for work. Not a soul came up last night and seen if I was ok. Not a one. None of our walkies work so those lay dead in odd places.... Nice. Co - workers are wonderful aren't they? Gee... they all finish up at 7. At 7:00 there completely done. Sitting watching tv and playing candy crush. Won't budge. They have 4 hours left on there shift. 4 to do nothing. I am running and running. Last night I didn't do a single shower or laundry. Nothing. I dare them to say something to me. Gots to go.
