Another *shit* day in My perfect *drive into a lorry* life!!!

Bit of a busy morning which is good. cant be arsed! had a couple of clients in the gym first thing then a trip out to a local town for a home session which went well. god i hate everything new bloody flatmate who was meant to move in yesterday has fucking vanished off the face of the earth!!! there goes that £300 i was counting on to pay the fucking rent! Don't know why i bother trying it's all a stupid waste of time. Oh well another month of not being able to pay the bill and getting phone cut of etc. fucking peoople Bit of a break now backs fucked! until 4 when i have a group of 3 women for a consoltation/session. Then James and my muir of ord circuit class. So off to get a bit of lunch and a bit of study i think.
