Summer’s here at last! And I’m not just talking about the boiling hot weather.
She arrived on Wednesday afternoon, all healthy and with a good pair of lungs on her too!! I was woken up about 4am on Wednesday with pains and the contractions started then, so yep, not much sleep before going into labour.
I am still really tired, now looking after two little angels (that description is highly variable depending on my and their mood and behaviour!), and with the heat we are now having draining my energy a bit, it’s not helping in any way at all.
Having to get used to my centre of gravity shifting now I no longer have a big bump, also missing the little wriggles and kicks inside me too.
