It has been a busy week, much to tell.
My friends from Florida had come up unexpectedly (her daughter had a miscarriage and was taking it pretty hard) and I got to see Trudy several times. Her husband, Alan, had a type of eye cancer and eventually lost his eye. Last time I had seen them he still had both eyes, however, this time he has a fake eye. I could not tell the difference at all. They are now safely back home.
Saw the oncologist Monday, he is very pleased. Starting cycle 4 this coming Monday with only two more cycles to go. Also cat scan came back good, yeah!
Last but not least, I have been getting the house ready to put on the market. It listed yesterday and there are already two showings for this afternoon. The agent told me it might be a zoo this weekend with showings so we shall see.
Oh, a former co-worker and her brother are coming at 4 to look at the musical equipment that Jeff never took. I am hoping that her brother takes it all as it will be one less thing for me to dispose of.
Many bookmarks to check and note.
Oh! And then there is the Maine trip coming up. I have no chemo that week and I donโt even have to see the dr or get blood work, can get it the Monday I come back. I am now up to 4 lobsters I need to eat while there, sure hope (sigh) I can do it๐๐.
