GRATITUDE in Postcards 4

For the last two days, George has been handling the phones like the pro he is. From the doctor’s office, to Scripps.com, to the specialty pharmacy, and finally to the drug manufacturer itself, he has shown endless patience with a smile. Wrong phone numbers…he’s got this. Incorrect birthdays….he has this too. The end result is that my cancer drugs will be free.
Boy am I grateful.
