Spring is here! Skirts have been broken out of their closet confines, and window all over the neighborhood are open; TV is now a problem.
I love having my windows open; fresh breeze and happy kitties. Now more than ever I am happy for closed captioning. When I watch TV the volume is over twice what a normal person watches at. "Normal" for me sounds like I'm listening to it from two rooms over with the door closed. My options are to not hear the TV, close the windows, or have the cops called on me because the neighbors can hear it three houses over.
