The Deed is Done in Plan B

It's good friday evening and I am watching big bang and chillen. Did the Lil Lady today dropped off paper work then onto the w.c. doctor ~ I see him again in 2 weeks. Then on to B/W.... O my word. The stars were lining up. Rainbow Bright was still doing payroll and there was no bothering her. Even with a door bell ring. I felt flames from behind the door just because of her anger. O.K. walk across the parking lot and into the Main house and onto alyson's office. She was busy with someone so I went to the nurses station to retrieve a tissue. I asked the lovely and beautiful asst. D.O.N. where the tissues were. With out one spoken word she just pointed to the box. If that isn't a sign I don't know what is. She couldn't even say hello or happy friday. She just staired and pointed. Finally Allison is free and I go in amazingly calm. I just started laying things on her desk ~ my belt, badge and my resignation letter along with the release letter from the doctor. I told I her I was quitting. She could not belive it. I just told her with out going too much into it that this place has lost it's focus. She asked what I meant and I said this door is always shut the blinds are always shut. She was extremely defensive. I told her instead of investing $ to make this place look wonderful you need to build good communication skills along with team building. She again was so defensive. I just told her to have all my certifications ready for me and to call me when it is. At around 5'sh I went and picked up the envelope so that way they were busy with dinner and I could go in and out and that is exactly what I did. Now just chillen.

The appraiser is coming on monday and so is the new owners that evening. Busy cleaning this weekend. It needs it. I need it. It's all gooood.
