20: You have a single Post-It Note and you get to go back to a year ago today. What would you write on that Post-It to yourself?
Depends on the size of Post-It. I would definitely tell myself to actually set up consistent therapy sessions. I would also tell myself to get a damn comfortable chair for my jewelry table, because using a fucking lawn chair is not fun.
Oh, and practice patience. Pfft. Like that would’ve happened, but okay.
