Day 1 in Taking care of myself

Today is the first day of taking care of myself by following this plan I made. It’s currently 9:22 am and I feel good. This morning I got up at 6 am, and it was hard because last night I went to bed at 2:30 am. But I got up and I did a 30 minutes workout and then I showered.
I put on some nice clothes, I mixed up my usual earrings, and I put on two rings that I like. I also applied a little bit of makeup because why not?
I started working on my English assignment, I know it’s a bit late to start it, considering it’s due tonight at 12 am, BUT it’s better last-minute than never, right?
I’m gonna focus on this today, before going to work at 3 pm.


UPDATE
It is 2 pm and I haven’t done a lot of progress on my assignment but it’s getting there.
At lunch I took an hour long break, I made veggie toasts with grilled cheese in the oven, and it was delicious. I drank 3/4 of my water bottle already. The freshness of the water feels good.


UPDATE
I just came back from work, it’s 7:55 pm. I honestly love working where I’m at because it keeps my mind busy, I get to think about something else.
Also I finished two full bottles of water, and I am currently drinking a third one!
My assignment is due in 4 hours and I have 700 words to go, yay.


UPDATE
Okay. I handed my assignment in. It’s currently 11:50 pm. I wrote 800 words instead of 1000, but that’s alright, I did my best. I guess now I just wait to see my grade.
My third bottle of water is halfway down and I need to pee really bad.
Because of my assignment, I didn’t have time for meditation or reading tonight, but I will definitely try to do it tomorrow night.
