Plan to take care of MYSELF in Taking care of myself

So I got this idea.
Since I’ve been struggling with taking care of myself lately, I thought that if I came up with a plan to put my life back on track, it would maybe help. So I did!
It’s called “Plan to take care of MYSELF”.
I’m starting tomorrow, at 6 am sharp.
Honestly, I don’t think it should be too hard, the plan is really basic but the simplest things are very often the most important ones.
Here is how my plan goes:
- Get up at 6 am
- Do a 30 min workout
- Take your morning shower
- Dress up nice, no more sweatpants and hoodies
- Have a healthy breakfast
- Turn off your phone from 9 am to 12 pm, then from 1 pm to 5 pm, you gotta focus on school
- Drink at least one bottle of water per day
- Try to go outside for 1 hour
- After dinner, do some meditation
- Clean your room
- Read a book instead of being on your phone before sleeping

I plan on following this for as long as I can, but if I do it for one month already, it’ll be a huge accomplishment.
I guess I will make this a series, and share on here how I progress, and talk about what is hard or what goes well, etc.
