Letter 1 ; A Tragic friendship (part 1) in Letters to My Past Self

Hey 16 year old me !
I know you are enjoying the summer this year after completing middle school.No more homework and tests for a while,So all the time in the world for gaming,anime binge watching and those cricket matches in the scrotching heat.No one has got the reason to stop you.So,cherish this period and play as much as you want.
A pointer for cricket,dont give it up man.Dont succumb to mother’s oppression haha.There will be a selection event in bout 2,3 months time at the cricket stadium.Donot i repeat donot miss it or else it will always be in the back of your mind.Besides i now feel that when i played regular cricket i was more honest to myself ,more confident and didnt have a care for the world. I do regret it.
You must be talking to Nomi alot these days.The calls go on for hours an hours,most of them spent trashing eachother hehe.whenever he goes out somewhere he calls and ends it when getting back home,During all this time you can hear the conversations he makes to other people on the way to market.And you keep a commentary going of your own.It must have been only a few days since all this has started since you dont see eachother much often as the middle school has ended.
You wont have that much leisure time after awhile.Talk to him as much as you can.Alright,thats it for now.Its bout 2 am here in 15th July 2020 and i haven’t studied a bit all day.Also,i getting sleepy.I will write to you again whenever i get the time.Till then keep playing cricket and calling Nomi
P.S :Ask him bout the girls that rascal is in contact with.He is being sneaky behind your back haha.
